The Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis is the ideal destination for business travel and leisure escape. We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will definitely come back during our next holiday. My husband had already visited the Waldorf in the Maldives, and we were very happy with the experience here in Cairo as well. The staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling, especially Abdallah (the lifeguard), Esraa, and Maryam, Nourhan,Nour ,who were waitresses at Ayda Restaurant — they were so kind and made our daughter feel very special. The Head Chef was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious — everything was perfect and beyond our expectations. The reception team was very helpful, and housekeeping was outstanding. It was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely come back again! Thanks woldrof Astroia Cairo Heliopolis

The staff were very helpful and kind, and I truly appreciated their hospitality. One of the best things is that the hotel has an elevator and the reception is available 24 hours . I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.
