An amazing hotel, super clean, modern and beautiful. All staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The food was nice and i cant recommend it enough. A must is an oriental massage - it was soooo good. We also dived with the Coraya Dive Centre which is on the hotel!

The resort is truly great: impressive beach, cleanliness, excellent food in every restaurant, excellent and friendly service everywhere. It is a beautiful new hotel with spacious rooms and big terraces, lovely pools, gardens with palms and gorgeous flowers. We enjoyed every moment and every corner. Also, you can use the a la carte restaurants od other two Jaz hotels in Marsa Mubarak (Amara and Costa Mares). We would comeback for sure and recommend Jaz Elite Rivera to everyone.

It was my first time in Egypt and I was traveling alone and despite this, I never felt alone! I came back with my heart full of joy and new Egyptian friends! I will definitely come back and I hope to do it very soon! Thanks for the shisha, the jabena, the tea but above all the company, the kindness, the quiet that you gave me and for making me see not only Marsa Alam, but the world, with different and enchanted eyes, which sparkled exactly like the stars in a perfect oriental night. To you I owe, in truth, much much more! Thank you so much, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Without each of you, my idyllic stay would not have been the same!!

Excellent all-inclusive selection at meals, and some lovely restaurant options that are also included. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times, and more than willing to stop and chat. Good selection of pools and immediate access to a nice beach area, with a diving centre and house reef that we took advantage of with a scuba diving session which was a highlight of our trip. Overall great value for money, especially when considering the meals and the fact that alcohol is included in the all-inclusive price.

Το Pickalbatros Sands Port Ghalib προσφέρει καταλύματα 5 αστέρων μπροστά στη θάλασσα σε Port Ghalib. Έχει εξωτερική πισίνα, κήπο και ιδιωτική παραλία. The staff was wonderful. Everyone always with a smile. We came for the beach and snorkeling and were not disappointed. I was unsure about the pontile to go snorkeling but it was great. No mad rush for sunbeds and umbrellas. Just had to pick our favorite spot. We had a small problem with our shower, and maintenance cleared up the problem immediately. Everything super clean. The food service was plentiful. Better quality than many other places we've stayed on the Red Sea. However, Italians are picky so I don't feel that I am able to judge fairly. I am looking forward to a return visit

Special thanks to the Restaurant Staff and Manager Tamir, which made sure our fond memories of this place could also be remembered by taste, their attention to details and unending ability to surprise us with ever new flavours left us speechless and wanting to return!

The reception staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Many thanks for the friendly lifeguard in the marina.
