Portofino exceeded our expectations since we entered the property. The resort is very nice, large and very well maintained. Everything is clean, and the staff is very friendly and caring. As soon as we arrived, Mostafa helped us through our stay and made sure we were not missing anything and all was perfect. It sincerely was. He did a great job in making sure our stay was fantastic. I have a been in various resort around the Mediterranean, and this is definitely the best one. The pool (where some are heated) are very fun and well adapted for the kids. Ours are 3 and 6 and they enjoyed it a lot. The food in the various restaurants is well above what you could expect in "all in" resorts. They make sure is it varied everyday and you can find everything you need. You have different choice of where to go for lunch or dinner, depending if you are in the aqua park or near the beach. There are bicycle everywhere in the resort you can use to move from one place to another, this is very convenient as the resort is very wide.

The hotel is very pleasant, clean and the staff friendly and respectful. The food is excellent, especially in the Basilico a la carte restaurant. Thank you for everything. We did enjoy our one-week holiday to the fullest. Everything was perfect: - friendly and helpful staff (reception, room service, restaurants, bars, beach, entertainment) - spacious and clean rooms (as a family we even got two connecting rooms and our children got twin beds, which they did appreciate) - very clean common areas (staff is constantly cleaning the floor near the swimming pools and maintaining the green areas) - 5 huge swimming pools (+ 2 for young children) - does not feel crowded at all! - live qualitative shows every evening (great artists) - friendly and discreet entertainment team - last but not least great food offer in all the restaurants. We liked the fact that the hotel has a reasonable size and that it does not exceed two storeys. Thank you all at Jaz Elite Amara for making our stay memorable and enjoyable ;-)

Υπέροχη τοποθεσία, μεγάλο συν ο ύφαλος, τέλειο για snorkelling. Δωμάτιο καθαρό, αρκετά μεγάλο. Τα περισσότερα μέλη του προσωπικού ήταν φιλικά και πρόθυμα να εξυπηρετήσουν. Τα παιδιά ευχαριστήθηκαν πολύ τις νεροτσουλήθρες και το lazy river! Ωραίο και πλούσιο πρωινό.

The resort was spotless, and the facilities had everything we could possibly need. A huge thank you to the staff who were all so friendly and welcoming. The animation team was the star of the show – they were incredible and kept our kids (and us!) happily entertained from morning till night. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.
