Due to my late flight from Düsseldorf, I arrived quite late in the evening, but Mr. Haytham made check-in smooth and quick. He even ensured that my luggage was taken to my room, and then personally escorted me to dinner so I wouldn't have to go to bed hungry. The restaurant staff was incredibly friendly, always going above and beyond to meet any request, often exceeding expectations. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed, the waiter at the "El Khan" restaurant. If you're looking to experience authentic oriental cuisine, this is a must-visit – you won’t be disappointed. My room was always clean and well-stocked with everything I needed, and the housekeeping team was not only efficient but also genuinely warm and accommodating. The little surprises they left (see attached photos) truly added to the experience. Although I was traveling alone, I never felt alone. The team made me feel truly welcome and well cared for. I also want to highlight the reception team, who quickly found solutions to any requests I had. The resort itself is vast, but the shuttle bus service made it easy to get around. Upon arrival, I was provided with all the information I needed, and the facilities were well-signposted. For first-time visitors to Egypt like me, this hotel offers everything you could wish for, and they are more than happy to help organize any activities or excursions at fair prices. Whether you're looking for relaxation, family-friendly activities, or cultural tours, this hotel offers something for everyone. The animation team was incredibly professional, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. One memorable moment was when they encouraged an 80-year-old guest to dance, allowing her to relive her youth – truly heartwarming.

The staff is trying to fulfil all our needs. We also like the food. In this hotel you can really relax.

Dairy-free, halal and gluten-free options can also be requested. Beautiful resort, super clean. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and so helpful. Great selection of food at the buffet. All other food in the Al Acart restaurants was excellent. The team at the dive center were so friendly and helpful.

I've been at so many hotels and I've never seen anything like that! from the gentleman at the door to the hotel director everyone was extremely nice and helpful!
