Genting Hotel is located within Resorts World Birmingham and is next to Birmingham Airport, the NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International Station. Breakfast excellent. Lots of choice. Lovely fresh fruit cold meats etc. this is the second time I have stayed there and I hope to be able to stay there next year

Enjoying a waterfront setting and overlooking the canal’s marina, Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill Dudley is set in the heart of the Black Country and offers rooms with on-site private parking subject to... Amazing location next to the canal with bars and restaurants and opposite the Merry Hill shopping centre. It was an amazing room on the 4th floor ( I love it), and the view was absolutely incredible. Good and big gym and a very good SPA with sauna, streaming room, big jacuzzi, and a big pool ... Smiling staff and helpful. I really enjoyed it. Make my bank holiday weekend fabulous, and I will be back again for sure. Thank you.

In Birmingham’s center, this modern 4-star hotel offers a luxury health spa with a 16 meter swimming pool and gym with Matrix fitness equipment. The location is great. The staff is great especially Mr. Mohamnad at the reception who was very helpful and knowledgeable not to mention friendly. He was always trying to make us feel at home, and always helped with a cheerful attitude. Also, Ms. Kinza who was also friendly and pleasant. The room was spacious, well equipped, clean, provided bottles of water every day, had a nice view, and excellent air conditioning. We had dinner at the restaurant i think ‘aura’ and it was amazing, were helped by Mathew, who was an excellent host, gracious , and friendly. Even offered me a cold and hot drinks to make up for a misunderstanding made by the kitchen about my meal order.

The staff’s warmth and attentiveness were beyond exceptional, making us feel truly special. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond, anticipating our needs with genuine care. Their heartfelt hospitality, echoed in so many guest reviews, made every moment shine. We were also lucky to meet a local guest, staying with his wife, who shared fascinating stories about the hotel’s rich history, bringing its legacy to life in a way that deepened our appreciation. Our room was a heavenly retreat, blending historic charm with modern comfort. The beautifully designed space, with its elegant furnishings and serene garden views, was a perfect haven for relaxation.

This independent and individual hotel has a restaurant with 2 AA Rosettes and a large adult fitness club with spa. The rooms include complimentary membership to the Fairlawns Gym. Very clean and very good service from the staff. From checking in to those working in the bar in the evening to those that serve breakfast. We didn’t have an evening meal as we went out but it’s a very good experience.

Great hotel - Christmas decorations beautiful and the smell as you walk in reception is beautiful. Great staff and rooms fantastic. This hotel is really pet friendly - dog bowl and bed provided but most importantly clear rules about what you can and can’t do and all reasonable. Spa fantastic and lovely staff (Marina)
