In my opinion the best hotel to stay at in Birmingham. The staff are incredibly helpful and the customer service is spot-on, supportive but not intrusive. The food in the restaurant whether you eat in there or the room service is at the highest quality and reasonably priced for what you get. The rooms are tastefully furnished with a host of small touches that make your experience that extra bit special. Also the spa facilities are top Notch. The hotel is also outstandingly clean in every area. If I'm ever back in Birmingham again I will not hesitate to stay here.

This independent and individual hotel has a restaurant with 2 AA Rosettes and a large adult fitness club with spa. The rooms include complimentary membership to the Fairlawns Gym. Very clean and very good service from the staff. From checking in to those working in the bar in the evening to those that serve breakfast. We didn’t have an evening meal as we went out but it’s a very good experience.

This top UK golf venue is 6 km from Birmingham Airport and the NEC complex, and is home to extensive leisure facilities and spacious rooms. Staff were very welcoming. Food was really good. Leisure facilities were way better than expected. Bedroom was a great size.
