The room was exactly as advertised, with a big bathtub , lots of space for stuff, kettle , big mirror, huge closet space.

Grand Serai Congress and Spa rooms are soundproofed and have air conditioning and a TV. The room was nicely decorated in a traditional, local style that gave it a unique touch. It was also very clean and well kept. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the local pies and desserts. My favorite part of the stay was having coffee by the pool in the morning with the city view in the distance. I also appreciated the delicious welcome treats, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

You can play billiards, table tennis and darts at the resort, and the area is popular for hiking and snorkelling. Perfekt. The staff is amazing, amenities as well, service is perfect, really one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had so fad. Everything you need is there.

The pool area and views are what make this hotel extremely special and are why I would stay again, I could have happily spent every day there sunbathing with my book. The room was very comfortable and spacious with good aircon, a small fridge and a comfy bed. The balcony was nice for sunrise and sunset. The staff were all very friendly and made the visit extra special — thank you.
