El Akti Taygetos - Conference Resort está situado a los pies del monte Taigeto, en el corazón del golfo de Mesenia. It was super clean and everything was perfect. The pool area was superb the set up of the beach exceptional, the breakfast buffet has a great variety of foods to choose from and the staff was phenomenal!

We think this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in, in Kalamata.. The location is superb, even though it`s in the centre, it was very quiet at night. The room was amazing and there was so much care taken to every detail, to make our room homely and comfortable. A large and comfy bed. The ensuite was excellent, and the shower was out of this world..! Also an amazing help yourself breakfast.. But for us what really put the icing on the cake, was all the staff. Katerina, the general manager, has trained her staff superbly well. They were all friendly, kind and nothing was to much trouble.. Even the cleaners were great..!! We whole heartedly recommend this hotel, you`ll not be disappointed at all...... We will be returning next September...........

Nestling at the foot of the Taygetos Mountains on the outskirts of Kalamata, Grecotel Filoxenia is surrounded by acres of luscious landscape and a beach by the azure Messinian Gulf. Beautiful hotel! Very kid-friendly as well. The rooms - recently renovated - were impeccable. The food was excellent (the breakfast that was included, and the food we paid for), and the facilities were great. We really appreciated the shallow pool for kids.

Loft Spa Greece - Enjoy our Jacuzzi & Hammam, que tiene vistas a la ciudad, dispone de alojamiento con terraza y balcón a unos 18 min a pie de Playa de Kalamata. Loft Spa Greece highly exceeded our expecations. Sotiris, our host was amazing, he met us at the property to make sure everything was to our liking. He want way above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. He even picked up a few items for us we were unable to find on our own. He provided us with outstanding customer service, made sure our every need was taken care of and made us feel most welcome. We will stay there every time we are in Kalamata because of how awesome Sotiris and the property is! The place was just great, very modern with lots of charm. We love the bathroom, spacious, special lighting, washing machine and steam shower. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils (even a big roll of paper towels) you would everyneed, it was very stylish and made cooking meals a pleasue! the bed was great. Then there was to rooftop patio, with hot tub, outdoor kitchen, grill and sink. The view was just amazing! The hot tub was very clean and modern and worked great. There was even an out door shower. For anyone staying in our around Kalamata you owe it to yourself to stay at Loft Spa Greece. It is a real vaule and it has everything promised and so much more! We will certainly stay there again.
