The hotel’s terraces around the arches, an architectural signature of the building also showcase views of the city, Hong Kong Park and Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens. I liked the entire experience: check-in was smooth and efficient, the stay was utterly comfortable. Amenities and facilities are awesome, this is what a five-star experience feels like. I really appreciated that the hotel staff were friendly without being overly solicitous. The concierge, the front desk were very helpful and attentive. I really enjoyed every aspect of the stay. Breakfast had excellent variety and great taste. Checkout was seamless and quick. Overall, I would return again and again for this kind of service.

The location was exceptional being connected to the Elements Mall and being a walking distance from the train stations

At the Peninsula Spa, relax with a full body massage or soak in the hot tubs. There is also an on-site shopping arcade, and well-equipped function rooms. Guests can also stay in shape at the fitness centre, or get professional services at the business centre. The hotel is just perfect, the service is at the highest possible standards, starting from the door openers at the entrance to the phone operators - the entire hotel team which I came across and interacted with during the stay is amazing - thank you all.

Even without going out, guests will be spoilt for recreational choice with a pampering massage, a heated indoor pool and well-equipped gym. Added convenience is provided with laundry and concierge services. Rooms, view, services everything is perfect. One of the best hotel i have ever stayed in Hongkong, will comeback for sure. Breakfast was really good also.
