El hotel en sí es increíble. La zona de piscinas me encantó! Está hecha con mucho gusto y tiene todos los detalles. El personal muy atento y te ofrece todas las facilidades. Teníamos media pensión y no me gustaba la cena que incluía. Pedí la carta para pagar y me la incluyeron en la media pensión sin cobrar, nos dejaron hacer el check out en vez de a las 12h a las 17h que es cuando teníamos que ir a por el ferry. Todo genial

Sadi Beach House está en Teluk Bakau y tiene piscina al aire libre, jardín, restaurante y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. El desayuno fue excelente, en cantidad y calidad. Que no había sanflies.

Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG se encuentra en Lagoi, a 5 min a pie de Playa de Lagoi, y ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, centro de fitness y jardín.... It is more a family hotel; most of the guests came with their kids. Food was good, particularly the buffet option. Their staff was very kind and helpful. The massage facility was excellent.

Facing the beachfront, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay offers 4-star accommodation in Lagoi and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. The staff were all amazing. Friendly, warm, and welcoming - they made us feel comfy right away. They were all great but a special shout-out to Putra at the hotel restaurant who went out of his way to have the kitchen prepare a herbal remedy for us to cure a headache. Thanks Putra! The hotel's food was also amazing - a great breakfast buffet that changed everyday with a focus on local flavours. Dinner was also great with some authentic Indonesian dishes. Also the location - if you're looking for quiet, this is a good bet. The beach isn't very busy (and the hotel makes an effort to clean it every morning from the tidewash and seaweed), though there are no lifeguards. There's a stripmall within 2 mins walking distance, prob 20% occupied at best but with a couple of great warungs if you want a bite to eat outside, or grab a few items from the convenience mart.

A hidden gem away from the tourist areas. Beautifully appointed rooms, with a back to nature feel. The staff are all amazing, helpful and always smiling. The location is just stunning, we wish we were there for longer!!
