The breakfast was very good with plenty of food and fruits. The location is perfect, in a calm neighborhood, close to the city center. The staff are very friendly and especially Cynthia, she helps us a lot for early check in and the transportation from here to Surabaya, highly recommend!

Truly appreciate the efficient transport arrangement by the concierge, the signature welcome at reception, the cute elephant towels by housekeeping and the accommodating staff at Magnolia & Club Floor! I would definitely choose to stay at the Westin again when in Surabaya!
