The hotel is very close to the airport, excellent and fast service, the staff are extremely friendly and it is very clean also their breakfast is excellent! Highly recommended and will definitely book again.

Embodying the 120-year-old legacy of John Jacob Astor IV, our 5-star hotel in South Mumbai made its debut as the first St. Regis hotel in India. It was a really pleasant stay at St Regis Mumbai. Next to a shopping mall so it's easy to access to shops and restaurants. Having a butler service was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast is excellent with huge amount of varieties. Room is modern and my sleep was really good. Butler ritual service starts at 6.30pm and it was really nice to watch and celebrate. This is my 1st time watching and that really lift up the mood and atmosphere within the hotel. I had a chance to play on the grand piano offered by the hotel pianist, Steven so it was really nice to try on that.

We visited The Oberoi, Bombay, to celebrate our 25th anniversary in January 2024. It turned out that The Oberoi clearly exceeded our already high expectations. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Harleen, whose warm and friendly behavior made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Her attentiveness and genuine kindness were constant throughout our stay. We also were very surprised to find a wonderful chocolate cake in our room on the occasion of our anniversary. Besides the great location and wonderful design of this hotel, the entire staff at this wonderful hotel was very friendly and attentive. We especially want to mention Sous Chef Richard, who accompanied us culinarily throughout our stay and continually surprised us with unexpected delicacies. Unfortunately, we missed the Saturday brunch. We hope we will soon have the opportunity to make up for it. This hotel is one of the few 5-star hotels that, alongside luxury and quality, manages to convey a family atmosphere where one spontaneously feels at ease. We are sure when we return, it will feel a bit like "coming home". We are already looking forward to it and thank The Oberoi Team for its hospitality. Oliver and Nicole

Stepping into the lobby was like stepping back in time. From the driver and doorman to the front desk, concierge, spa team, and restaurant staff — every single person was at our beck and call, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. Special thanks go to Executive Sous Chef Kaustubh Chavan and Sous Chef Vishal Shetty, who not only delighted us daily with their culinary artistry but also surprised us with a beautiful farewell cake at our last breakfast. Poolside, Sonny and Ankit took such great care of us, ensuring our moments of relaxation were nothing short of perfect. The dining was, in a word, spectacular. Across six live kitchens, the chefs showcased flavours from around the world, sourcing rare ingredients and presenting them with creativity and flair. Every meal felt like an event, every plate a masterpiece.

The breakfast provided was lavish will multiple cuisines available. Most of the dishes were prepared as per order and others were also hot. The breakfast was capable of catering to all the tastes, Indian as well as Asian and European / American. The lunch buffet was wonderful too with varied selections. The Mangrove bar was also wonderful with very good selections of drinks and snacks. The rooms were very well equipped, extremely comfortable and neat and clean. As for any Taj facility, the staff was outstanding and there is no single individual to whom we can compliment. The location, while within Mumbai, was peaceful and quiet and we had a soothing view of mangroves from our room. The wellness facility is excellent too and spa treatment was excellent with reasonable charges.
