It is a beautiful hotel with great staff. We felt very safe, welcome and they have great restaurants and services. We had a guided tour of the city by another company, but in hindsight we should probably have used the hotels services for this. We highly recommend using the hotels transfer services, we used it to go to the airport and Ankur who meet us at the airport was so nice and provided amazing service.

Set on a sprawling 7 acres of landscaped gardens is the luxurious Trident Gurgaon with its 5 dining options, large courtyards, reflection pool and fountains. My daughter loves this hotel. Everytime we visit the family, we make a stopover at Trident before moving further. They accommodated my request of removing carpets from the room and arranged an air purifier as my daughter has severe dust allergies. The location is in the prime of Pink City with all easy access like food, medications, and other stuff.
