Suggestions to make it 5-star: We suggest a deep clean of the fridge and fixing a water leak near the ground floor washroom to improve safety. Also, we hope the management secures and opens the terrace soon—it would be a magical spot to relax under the sky. Overall, a lovely stay that I would recommend to larger groups looking for comfort and character."

It is within walking distance of everything in white town, beach is a 2 mins walk with terrace giving sea view. We stayed for four nights and everything about the property was amazing from the room, the verandah in front of the room to the outdoor seating in Mira restaurant.

Situated in Pondicherry, 8 km from Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Le Pondy offers accommodation with a private beach area and a garden. We had a wonderful stay al Le Pondy. The rooms were delightful with a baranda outside with an overhead fan. The staff was attentive to our needs and wants. The message at the Ayurveda center was excellent. Walking on the beach to see the fishermen and especially the sunrise was memorable. We highly recommend Le Pondy.
