The breakfast location was great, with a view of the Kanchanjunga. (Unfortunately, it was fogged in and not visible during our stay). The food had a great variety and they menu varied every day. Plus, they made fresh dosas and omlettes. The dinners were also excellent, varied menu during our four-day stay. We would particularly like to recognize the staff, who were ever helpful and polite. Divya and Pem deserve special mention. At our dinners, Divya was sweet and attentive to our every need and comfort. Pem was similarly very attentive to our needs, particularly, Kadha in the mornings as I had developed a cold. All in all, an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend the Taj Guras.

Extremely comfortable and very clean new facilities. The staff was pleasant and very helpful, We wish we could have taken the Banari Residency with us for the rest of our trip to Sikkim.

They called us three times to check what time we would be landing at the airport, to help us with route guidance and just to check if everything was ok. Right from the time you check in till the time you check out, they take care of your every requirement with a smile. The rooms are spacious and elegantly done and the balcony is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to birdsong. It was our anniversary the day we checked in and they had decorated the room with balloons and kept a delicious cake for us as well. Food here is absolutely DELICIOUS and everything is served with a warm smile. Special shoutout to Dipesh at Mynt who is so friendly and charming, and who was always helpful with recommendations, whether it was food or places to visit. It felt like he truly believes that “Atithi devo bhavah” and makes all guests feel so special and cared for. Mingma is another lady who deserves special mention.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff were polite, attentive.The room was spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options each morning. The hotel’s location was perfect, I highly recommend.
