Beautiful hotel and perfectly clean in every aspect . The staff were charming / efficient and very helpful. Our luggage was collected from and to the Port . Reception organised a Private Car from the Port to take us to Naples Train Stn to catch our train to Florence . Australians travelling with two cases so it was all streamlined and effortless for us . This is by far the best place we ever stayed. And we have stayed in many places before. The owners are clearly so passionate about their place, the attention for detail is extraordinary. The moment you approach Villa DAlessandro you smell the flowers of its gardens. Everything is the best and very well maintained. The owners are very very friendly and helpful. It is a stunning place and we dont want to leave. We will be dreaming of this place, longing to come back.

Amazing!!! Such a beautiful hotel from the minute you stepped through the front door. Never wanted to leave the pool, great sun beds, pool and attentive staff to help with every whim. A peace of heaven. Use the shuttle bus to get your luggage down to ferry.. 15 euros each piece. Saved a lot of hassle. Capri in the evening great once the day 'tourists' have gone.
