Villa Athena, a modern 5-star hotel, is located within Agrigento's Valley of the Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It features a wellness centre, an outdoor pool, and both free parking and free Wi-Fi throughout. Absolutely fabulous experience. The location (literally inside the Valley of the Temples archeological complex), the room (VERY thankful for the upgrade to a room with Temple view!), the service and staff, the amazing breakfast. Best hotel we stayed in Sicily, we would come back anytime.

By the way, the breakfast buffet is very satisfying (even without the view :). Staff is polite and efficient, receptionists and hosekeeping ladies, as well. Immaculate cleanliness. Very practical to have on-site parking (not tyipical in San Vito). Definetely would like to come back...
