The host is very attentive and helpful, always willing to assist with our requests and replied quickly. The room is spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. The Wi-Fi works very well and there is complimentary coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. The only comment is that the room cleaning service was not done during the 4 nights we stayed there. However, when we asked for clean towels and toilet paper, they were provided immediately. Perhaps we should have requested the cleaning instead of assuming it would be done automatically. Overall, the experience was very good and we would definitely come back without hesitation! Thank you, Gennaro, for your kind attention!

El departamento super amplio y bien iluminado, cómodo, con todo lo necesario para cocinar y bien equipado, plancha, secador de pelo, aire acondicionado. También queremos destacar el buen servicio de Mario, Sannah y Arthur que hicieron un seguimiento de nuestra estadía para asegurarse que todo vaya bien, de hecho nos fueron a buscar hasta la estación de tren, un gran detalle.

Clean. The hosts were AMAZING. They wrote back quick when I contacted them. Picked us up when we got there. Gave us a lot of info with buses and food near by. Once we learned the bus schedule it was great.

It was the perfect place to chill out and reflect. The staff couldn’t do more for us and made us feel really welcome. The breakfast was amazing and so much variety. Also the best nights sleep we’ve had!

The breakfast was another standout—delicious, varied, and clearly made with quality in mind. And the city itself? Hands down my favorite stop on the trip. The atmosphere, the charm, the energy—everything about it made me want to stay longer. I’ll definitely be coming back.
