Nice welcome drink when we arrived, guidance and reservations on demand from the concierge. Breakfast was marvelous. The hotel is in a small street right next to all the top attractions.

The property is within 10 minutes drive to an outlet mall. The room is beautifully decorated and spacious, has a great shower, comfortable bed & lovely selection of toiletries. Located about 40min drive from Firenze.

The medieval centre is a 5-minute walk away from Villa Romantica Wellness & SPA. what a lovely place! the staff was incredible. they gave us cookies and drinks upon our arrival. beds were made. sofa bed was out. heater worked. great bathroom. walking distance from historic town of lucca.

When booked for your stay, you will enjoy an extensive American buffet breakfast. Everything was great during my stay but a special shout out to all the hotel staff - at check in, breakfast (especially Sahar), room service, bar and reception (especially Hicham). Everyone went above and beyond to address and issues or concerns I had., and to accommodate all my needs. Hotel is very clean, convenient location and good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again if I go back to Florence.
