Amazing view, nice and quiet, breakfast is delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and bigger than we thought. The balcony is big with a beautiful view.

Where to begin: this was the best hotel experience in my life! The views from the property are jaw-dropping. The family that owns it is amazing, so nice and welcoming. The breakfast is the best I tried in a hotel, so fresh, so many options, try the eggs they are delicious. They provided so many gluten free products for me which is something I want to recommend this place for as it's not always easy for us celiacs to find options. They have a nice collection of wines and beers you can buy that is very well priced. There are some nice boardgames you can also borrow. Now let's talk spa: the sauna has the most gorgeous view, the whole spa area is very nice and relaxing, great tea and snacks included. The apartment we were in had a balcony and a direct view of the mountain, the whole room was so comfortable, well designed, with everything you need. There are options to rent bikes at the property, they also have washing mashines you can use for a small fee. All in all I would come here again, we were very impressed with this place, the location, the food, the people.

We rented a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and eating area. Everything looked exactly as shown on the photos, very clean and cozy, the beds were huge (seemed like bigger than a king size) and comfortable, one bedroom was on the main floor, the other one is on the second floor, three balconies. The lodges have dry and steam saunas (very clean and new) and a big hot tub with fresh water, we spent two evenings there with our kids. The restaurant is beautiful, and it has a patio with a spectacular view to the mountains. Breakfast was very good (eggs & omelette - cooked as you wish; cheese, ham, bread, pastry, fruit, vegetables, etc.), they have a wine cellar as well. The host just finished a new pool and we were the first guests to try it (heated clean water, very large size), my kids loved to swim in it. We parked our car right in front of our apartment (you can also do it in the garage beneath the lodges, very helpful for wintertime). The location is very convenient if you want to visit the main sites in Dolomites (Seceda, Lago di Braies, etc.) - it is just in the middle between all of them.

This is the third year in the row that we return to this hotel. The main reason is that we feel treated as part of the family and everything else is simply great. The food is exquisite, the rooms are clean and spacious, the location is perfect, just few steps from the lifts and city center.
