The location was great: the subway station was directly in front of the hotel entrance, and it was a 10-minute walk to Sakae. The room was also amazing! The bed was so comfortable, and there were so many amenities.

There was even a brief moment when the Mt Fuji turned pink in the morning during sunrise. The hot spring and shower area looked like a private bathhouse. Food was normal and enough for us, but you can consider bringing additional food and snacks. There were A LOT of free beverages.

We got the zoo themed room with four beds (not a bunk bed and 2 beds). The kids absolutely loved the decor. It was the largest room we've had in Japan so far with a sleeping area, lounge, kitchen, wardrobe and bathroom. We loved the washing machine and drying function in the bathroom which made it very easy to wash and dry all our clothes. There are no plates or cutlery in the room but the staff are happy to provide disposable ones upon request.
