We did not book the hotel with meal but there are 2 diners at the lobby floor. Highly recommend the Japanese restaurant and if possible, book the course set in advance. The food is beyond perfection and the price is reasonable. We booked the family room and it is by far the biggest hotel room we stayed in Japan. Bath hall is also impressively huge. People from the town would come here to take a bath and meal. very nice experience.

The pools are comfortable, and the medicinal water is of high quality. The sauna is nothing special, but it is also decently made and maintained, and it is also not the main attraction anyway. The staff is very kind and really helpful when you reach out to them. The whole place is also very small and quiet, which is decent.
