Mercure wakayama is one of the best hotel in wakayama.. The room is really spacious..really big enough for 3 people..we booked mountain view room. Even though the location quite take some time to walk from the nearest sea.. But the location is very good.. We really like the outdoor onsen n the cleanliness of the onsen facility.. We also like the breakfast buffet in the morning.. There is also a shuttle bus to go here n from the train station., it's really helpful for the tourist

Everything was awesome . Staff was so polite and nice. I don’t know the name but an old man staff near the lounge was so polite and helpful. The free lounge and pool and onsen was so so so good . Dinner and breakfast was also very nice and 5star quality food and drinks. Parking is very spacious and free. Wheelchair ♿️ person can also enjoy the hotel . Best part is you can use digital payment also like PayPay and merpay , credit card . No ❌cash payment is accepted. Toilet was clean and reception is very big .

Amazing hotel with incredible views. Service was excellent. Room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The private outdoor bath was so relaxing. The public baths also offer an incredible view. The hotel itself is located in a fairly isolated area from the town, but they have a very convenient shuttle service that you can reserve to pretty much get to all of the big attractions in the area. They also come to pick you up from the train station and drop you off on your check out date. Amazing hotel and highly recommend.

Musashi features Japanese-style accommodations and a hot-spring bath for guests to relax in. JR Shirahama Train Station is a 20-minute drive away. Excellent location and excellent staff! Nice touch with the gift fans and choice of kimonos to wear around.

Sansuikan Kawayu Matsuya is situated just a 2-minute walk away from Kawayu Onsen bus stop. Breakfast and Dinner very delicious values for the prices. Onsen nice.
