Mercure wakayama is one of the best hotel in wakayama.. The room is really spacious..really big enough for 3 people..we booked mountain view room. Even though the location quite take some time to walk from the nearest sea.. But the location is very good.. We really like the outdoor onsen n the cleanliness of the onsen facility.. We also like the breakfast buffet in the morning.. There is also a shuttle bus to go here n from the train station., it's really helpful for the tourist

Everything was awesome . Staff was so polite and nice. I don’t know the name but an old man staff near the lounge was so polite and helpful. The free lounge and pool and onsen was so so so good . Dinner and breakfast was also very nice and 5star quality food and drinks. Parking is very spacious and free. Wheelchair ♿️ person can also enjoy the hotel . Best part is you can use digital payment also like PayPay and merpay , credit card . No ❌cash payment is accepted. Toilet was clean and reception is very big .

The staff are amazing. Attentive and friendly from before we even walked in the door. They made every effort to look after us. The infinity pool did not disappoint. The views and condition of the onsen pool were exquisite and created a relaxing yet exciting atmosphere. Dinner at Nagi was delicious. The beef especially and the sashimi. A massive surprise was a pianist performing a short sweet set as we relaxed in the lobby after dinner. A lovely end to the night.

Musashi features Japanese-style accommodations and a hot-spring bath for guests to relax in. JR Shirahama Train Station is a 20-minute drive away. Spacious room, wonderful view, convenient location, full facilities (hot spring, car park, gym etc.) The best choice in Shirahama.

Sansuikan Kawayu Matsuya is situated just a 2-minute walk away from Kawayu Onsen bus stop. Second time we stayed there and even we chose the location for the river bath we always appreciated the human factor, people who treated us very well.
