It’s located couple of minutes from the Pub Street and city centre but is very quiet. You can book the tours and tuktuk at the reception.

Staff was super kind and helpful. I was treated as a king !! Huge and clean room with comfortable bed. Perfect bathroom: showers and tube as well. Pool that we could use. Good buffet breakfast. Free of charge tuktuk service to the city and back. They waited for us at the airport. They helped us to organize our trips.

If you want to visit Angkor Wat the best is to use the $18 tuktuk driver at the hotel - will take you everywhere and not bore you with details. We also called a Grab and it turned out it was the driver parked in front of the hotel - mere seconds away. This stop was a week into our trip so we needed to do laundry. The laundry in front of the hotel is fantastic! They offered to do laundry for US$0.50 per Kg if overnight or US$1 per Kg if same day - either a real bargain, and they fold everything so well. (Or there is a self-service laundry nearby, but why, when you can get it done for you!) There are fantastic restaurants near there. Nick Restaurant is amazing and inexpensive. Nearby Red Apple restaurant is also great. The restaurant at the Cheathata Angkor hotel is truly exceptional - a massive menu of good food at great prices.

A vegetarian option can also be requested. Room was right next to the pool which was nice. In house restaurant is good. They even have a massage place though I did not try it. Staff friendly and helpful. very easy to hire a tuktuk for the whole day to visit the temples at the pace one wants.

I have to say that this hotel is one of the best we have visited, mostly everyone of the staff are very helpful and friendly and try to do what they can to make it a good experience for you. Rooms: These are kept perfectly clean by the hard working cleaners who provide nice little touches every day, bedding changed daily, nice range of toiletries and fridge always topped up.
