The most beautiful and hospitable hotel ived visited globally , food excellent, staff superb , rooms clean . Food again I cannot rate highly enough. This hotel screams old English etiquette with a modern touch . Really one of the best hotels and I highly recommend. We are used to luxury in Dubai and this hotels service and the hotel its self didn’t disappoint!

Excellent hotel, wonderful room, decor and ambiance very pleasing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner was superb and well presented, with recommend wine to match. Breakfasts were amazing, a good choice of the finest Sri Lankan favourites.

Very unique property, in the middle of a tea plantation. Everything was exceptional - the setting, the room, the delicious meals we were served, and the staff, who were really accommodating. We booked three rooms, which made the property literally just for us to enjoy. It was, indeed, a very unique experience.

Everything about our stay was wonderful — a truly pleasant experience. The hotel has a very private, peaceful atmosphere with minimal disturbance, making it perfect for a calm holiday in Nuwara Eliya, whether you’re traveling with family or your spouse. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and Asma (The Guest Relationship Officer) in particular went out of her way to ensure that my wife, our baby, and I were comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying as well. I would happily recommend this property to anyone!
