The place itself is incredibly beautiful, set right on the serene lagoon, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere throughout our entire stay. The service was exceptional—every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were attentive, friendly, and consistently made us feel genuinely welcomed. One of the highlights of our stay was the food prepared by their amazing chef. After dining at several restaurants in the area, I can confidently say that none matched the quality, taste, or presentation of the meals we enjoyed at Villa Sethawadi. Each dish was expertly crafted, delicious, and beautifully presented. The pool area was inviting and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. For kite and windsurfing enthusiasts, Villa Sethawadi is ideally located, allowing easy access directly from the property to the lagoon. A word of caution though—be mindful of the sharp thorns around the area, or better yet, use the hotel's own kite school service, which conveniently takes you by boat to the prime surfing spots on the other side of the lagoon. Overall, our stay at Villa Sethawadi was exceptional. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my week here:) The place is cozy and comfortable, with a spacious room and a shared kitchen with a fridge and washing machine. I also met great people. El Karunakarala Ayurveda Resort es un complejo curativo con 17 villas privadas repartidas por los jardines y 30 habitaciones deluxe modernas. Perfect stay at the Karanukarala Ayurveda resort, especially the Ayurveda treatment was wonderful. In the beginning, the crew told me it was fully booked, but in the end, they managed to schedule it for me. The room was big, and really clean and the beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay there, especially to relax (recommend the yoga and meditation classes).

The space is absolutely gorgeous, from the well designed bungalows to the common areas, yoga shalas and so on. A lot to explore, not only flora and fauna wise. The food was decent (besides the Pad Thai?), the team very kind (s/o Sebastian). DIY-activities, like taking the kayak out are great, we even got to see bioluminescent plankton swimming in the calm ocean at night. Highly recommend, even if you're not into kitesurfing
