I can't say enough great things about this homestay! They arranged our transfer from Ella and arranged a morning and afternoon safari for us. We were greeted with a delicious cold coconut water, in the coconut. We chose the breakfast and dinner option which makes so much sense because the town is a bit of a walk and after a safari all day (4:30 am to 6:30 pm) it is great to have dinner at the homestay. Both dinners we had were excellent, I think the best food we've had in Sri Lanka! They also pack a breakfast to go on your safari day because of leaving so early. When you wake up they have coffee and bananas for you before leaving. Our room was a great size, ac and hot water worked well. The owners are very kind, friendly and even drove us to the bus stop, stayed with us and made sure we got on the right bus. I highly recommend Tissa Rainbow for your stay while exploring Yala National Park, you won't regret it!

Wild Coast Tented Lodge - Relais and Chateaux - All Inclusive is adjacent to the famous Yala National Park, renowned for its dense leopard population. An incredible setting within Yala National Park with wildlife around you - literally in the round of the location. The quality of the tented lodge accommodation and the food were both outstanding - the best we experienced in Sri Lanka in both cases - by some margin. The quality of the three safaris we did were excellent, with a great guide and great drivers! Our location meant we could access the park more quickly than many other tours and we seemed to have VIP 'fast track' access through the entry gates, ahead of many, many other safari trucks. The overall customer service was excellent with Sashi attending to our every queston and need via Whatsapp and in person. Thank you Sashi! The food and service in the restaurant were both outstanding and special mention must go to Tilshan who looked after us in the restaurant every day of our stay - he was superb, remembering our preferences after day one.

Το MOON LIGHT Guest House απέχει μόλις 1,1χλμ. από το σταθμό λεωφορείων Tissamaharama και 3,2χλμ. από την όμορφη λίμνη Tissa. Προσφέρει εστιατόριο και δωρεάν ποδήλατα. The guesthouse is located just outside the village, at a quiet location between the ricefields. They are very friendly and helpful and have everything you need, comfortable and clean rooms, great Sri Lankan food, good wifi. They arrange very good safari’s and if you are solo traveller like me, if you want, they will get you a jeep to share with other travellers. It’s about 10-15 minutes walking to the nearest restaurant but if you do the full day safari I recommend to use their dinner, delicious Sri Lankan food including fruit and a dessert. Recommended this place!

Το Hilton Yala Resort έχει εξωτερική πισίνα, αίθουσα γυμναστικής, κήπο και ιδιωτική παραλία, στον προορισμό Yala. The hotel was very well designed and the amenities were excellent. Specific call out to the main restaurant where we had great service from the staff & chef (Jerome) and delicious meals catered to our taste. Being in the forest, it was a lovely experience to walk around the compound and wake up to the sight of animals within the vicinity (e.g. monkeys or squirrels in the morning). Would highly recommend this resort for visitors looking to do a safari at Yala National Park.

The room was nice, the bed was very good, the owner did everything himself, he was a very nice host, very kind and gives you a nice welcome drink, it was clean.

Located in the deep south of Sri Lanka, Chena Huts is just 5-minute away from Yala National Park. We loved everything about the Uga Chena Huts. The location is amazing with an elephant, monkeys and a range of other animals being seen around the property. The food was the best we have had - wonderful chef who changes the menu daily. The staff were exceptional, from our safari guide to the wait staff and room staff. They made our stay!

A very peaceful setting with wonderful diversity of wildlife. The luxury and design of our tent was unmatched. Well worth the cost.
