The staff were friendly and helpful (from ordering taxis or drivers for extended excursions). The breakfast was delicious and offered local and international fare. The pool was so cold, but we came at the end of the season (first weekend in October), but it was still lovely. We were even upgraded upon our arrival, as was our daughter and her husband.

The staff is the nicest we’ve encountered in the Balkans, by a distance. The (included) breakfast is wonderful and the restaurant is spectacular. They lend you beach towels and umbrella. Parking is made easy thanks to their (included) valet service.

The best thing about the accommodation is 100% the staff. The owners are extremely friendly, open and helpful. If you need a tip for activities in the area or anything else, you will be helped immediately. Many thanks especially to Lazar for his hospitality. The rooms are very nicely furnished and you sleep in these beds like in heaven. The cleaning staff are also very friendly and always in a good mood. You can spend the whole day relaxing by the pool. You can be in Budva within 10 minutes by taxi, it's nice and quiet up here compared to the lively town. The journey from the hotel to the city costs around 10 euros, make sure you agree on a fixed price before setting off, otherwise the taxi drivers will try to rip you off.

There are a few things to emphasize in particular: - Private beach with shuttle speed boat - Modern design in every detail - Valet parking - A la carte breakfast with wide variety of options (including gluten free bread) - Customer care via WhatsApp (special thanks to Milena, amazingly client oriented). Hotel is not cheap but fully worth it! Even water in the room is glass bottle Aqua Panna. Bravo! Totally recommended!

Kondo Hotel Allure ofrece alojamiento con aire acondicionado en Budva, a 4 min a pie de Playa Slovenska, a 10 km de Sveti Stefan y a 21 km de Torre del Reloj, Kotor. Location was perfect - Mogren beach, Old Town, best restaurants, grocery shops (incl. Megamart), bus stations were close to the Hotel. The clean apartment in a good condition. Good equipment and comfortable beds with snow-white linen. Friendly and customer oriented team (my thanks to Cornelia, the manager, and her people).
