Located in Finolhus in the Baa Atoll Region, 15 km from Baa Atoll, Kiha beach features an outdoor pool and views of the sea. The hotel has a barbecue and a private beach area, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant.

Certain units have a seating area where you can relax. A flat-screen TV and minibar is featured. Extras include a hairdryer and towels. Our family loved every second at Kiha Beach. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the location could not be more beautiful. The best snorkelling was right in the little bay by the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The menu in the restaurant had great variety and good quality food for reasonable prices. The highlight of the trip were the animals; snorkelling with the Manta Rays, the little blue bird who would come visit our balcony and sit on our shoulders, the friendliest cats and kittens on the property, and seeing small reef sharks and beautiful fish right in the hotel bay. It was amazing!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort on the island in the Maldives. One of the aspects we appreciated most was the high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. Our room was exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed, providing a quiet and peaceful environment that allowed for complete relaxation. The dining experience was overall very good, although there is some room for improvement in terms of variety and refinement. That said, the service provided by the staff was truly outstanding. They were consistently professional, courteous, and attentive. We did not encounter a single issue during our stay — their dedication and hospitality were genuinely commendable.

Union Pay is accepted here in the presence of the cardholder. This was a bucket list, 50th birthday treat and was everything I hoped for and more! The staff were fantastic-from arrival in Male, to seaplane, to boat arrival at coco palm, and every day until we left! Service was exceptional and everyone greeted you with a smile and how are you. It felt very genuine too and not forced. Highlights were our amazing lagoon villa which was maintained daily by Kashim (he added extras for my birthday too!) and the lovely Saeed at the restaurant who noticed small things like how I liked my tea! The turtle sanctuary was informative and the volunteers were just lovely and even the gift shop owner was great to talk to. And I swam with a reef shark and a stingray who were just hanging out in the lagoon! Wow!

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, full-day security and free WiFi. We booked one suite and one room, and honestly both were amazing. I've stayed in a lot of places, but this was one of the best hotels. The rooms were even better than the photos! What really made the stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone was very kind and the hospitality stood out a lot. Special thanks to the manager, Adms, who was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast (included) was delicious, and overall the entire stay was so comfortable and relaxing, no one wanted to leave. Any requests or small issues we had were quickly handled by the staff, and they responded quickly to texts as well. I highly, highly recommend this hotel, it's worth coming back again.

A very cozy guest house with kind and helpful personnel. Nice breakfasts. Tidy rooms with daily cleaning. Pick-up and drop-off to the beach, which was extremely convenient. The staff did its best to fulfill guests’ expectations and make their stay as comfortable as possible.

The breakfast offers buffet, continental or Full English/Irish options. At the accommodation you will find a restaurant serving Mediterranean, Pizza and Seafood cuisine. Vegetarian, dairy-free and halal options can also be requested. Very clean, well organized and friendly staff.

Our location 138 was also perfect location for proximity to dive school and privacy Dive school also a great setup and the house reef , whilst motorised coral was incredibly abundant with shark, turtle , parrot fish etc
