I recently stayed at EQ Hotel for 10 nights, and my experience was excellent overall. The room was exceptionally clean, with impeccable room service that made my stay comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, adding to the overall experience. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. One of the standout features was the hotel's restaurants, café, and bar. Each provided excellent food and drinks at reasonable prices, so I didn’t feel the need to go out or order from outside. The reception staff were helpful and kind, and I want to give a special mention to Deputy Manager Kai. He was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. He assisted me multiple times and ensured my check-in process was fast and smooth at the beginning of my trip. Although I wasn’t granted a late check-out, I understand it was due to the holiday season and high occupancy. Overall, my stay was convenient, comfortable, and perfect. I highly recommend EQ Hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Everything was amazing. We were greeted by an automatic curtain opening show as soon as we open the door, and welcomed by very nice music and the TV page with my name on it. The toilet automatically opens when you are approach it. The electronics were definitely one of the best I've been. Very comfortable, and the resort is directly linked to the shopping mall and the Sunway Lagoon, so we can just go straight after breakfast. We got the top floor so the view was amazing! Breakfast was wonderful with an option of either an excellent buffet selection or Gordon Ramsey restaurant. Overall, it was amazing and would definitely go back.
