The room and the whole hotel are beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and offer everything guests might need. Nepali people are usually very welcoming, but I'd like to highlight how the staff here made us feel at home. I wanted to name, but then Id have to name absolutely everyone we interacted with.

Absolutely divine hotel amongst the dust and chaos of Kathmandu. We have stayed here twice and wouldn't consider anywhere else. Always clean, professional, safe, comfortable, and filling (breakfast buffet). We stayed here as a family and really appreciated Sachin's warm character at breakfast. He is the epitome of customer service and charm. They will store luggage for you while you trek, too! Heater in the room works a charm, beds are fluffy and clean, elevator if you're on a higher floor, beautiful rooftop terrace for meals, very clean rooms, and very hot water. Perfect!
