We were hosted flawlessly, and the level of service provided by the staff, particularly Khushbu, Samjhana, Manoj, Rupesh, and Ronish, was outstanding and deserves special recognition. They are all exemplary members of the team. The hotel's location is perfect—right in the heart of Thamel, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Kathmandu. A major highlight was the magnificent heated infinity pool and Jacuzzi on the rooftop, offering stunning, breathtaking views. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Furthermore, the entire property is impeccably clean and polished. The rooms are large and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

This was probably the best hotel we have ever been to, honestly. The staff is SO helpful, kind, they will do anything to make sure you have a great stay and help you if you have any problems (for example, our flight was cancelled and we immediately got the confirmation that we can stay there again, and even got the upgrade for the same price). We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone. The location is perfect - in Thamel but in a quiet street, no noise. Everything looks brand new.
