We visited Panama for the second time, and once again, we absolutely loved it. While looking for a beautiful place to stay, we came across this little hidden gem 💍– and what a find it was! Arrival & Welcome We were picked up by a private boat and warmly welcomed. The boat ride took around 45 minutes and was truly enjoyable. Along the way, we received interesting information about the surrounding islands – and even spotted dolphins! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a delicious welcome cocktail before our first meal. Such a lovely touch!☀️😍 Room The room was spacious and very comfortable. We’ve seen a lot of bathrooms throughout Panama, and many of them lack a proper shower. But here – the shower was fantastic! Great water pressure and lovely hot water – such a treat. :) Breakfast Breakfast was amazing. The host really listened to our preferences, and I was thrilled to have my fried egg every morning – along with fresh fruit and avocado. A perfect start to the day! Lunch Lunch was absolutely delicious – we had shrimp with coconut rice and plantains. A real taste of local cuisine that felt authentic and lovingly prepared. Dinner The highlight of our meals was definitely pizza night on our last evening! It was such a fun, communal experience with homemade pizza in creative and tasty varieties. So cool – and honestly, unforgettable. Surroundings The water around the property was crystal clear – it felt like swimming in a private aquarium. We saw a small shark, a stingray, colorful fish, and more – all right in front of our room. I’m usually a bit hesitant in the water, but here, I felt completely safe and at ease. The trees, the light, the tranquility – I can’t even describe how beautiful it was. Truly one of my personal highlights – such peace and connection with nature. Activities The hosts’ children were incredibly kind and welcoming.

Το Roam Yoga & Wellness Lodge, στον προορισμό Μπόκας ντελ Τόρο, έχει καταλύματα 4 αστέρων με κήπο. Αυτό το κατάλυμα, εκτός από κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα, προσφέρει επίσης στους επισκέπτες εστιατόριο. I absolutely loved the spacious bungalow with lots of windows and the big porch, all surrounded by nothing but tropical garden. The houses are far enough from each other so that each one has its privacy. I enjoyed Meghan’s yoga class a lot, the yoga studio in the treetops with ocean view is amazing and I was allowed to use it for my own practice, too. Breakfast and dinner at the beautifully located restaurant was very good, each day different and I liked that it was mainly made with ingredients from the garden. I had a bit of bad luck with the weather but it looked like the reef in front of the property is worth checking out with snorkeling gear which is provided by the hotel as well as kayaks and SUP boards. I thought it was easy to get anywhere by watertaxi and Meghan and Ryan were always happy to help with anything.

To Jungle Paunch βρίσκεται στο Μπόκας ντελ Τόρο, σε Isla Colon και σε κοντινή απόσταση από τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Paunch και Παραλία Carenero Noreste. Υπέροχη τοποθεσία. Μέσα σε πυκνό τροπικό δάσος, χωρίς ωστόσο να υπολείπεται σε τίποτα. Τα πάντα στο σπίτι είχαν οικολογικό αποτύπωμα. Αν ωστόσο ψάχνεται διαμονή με air-conditioning, plasma TV, και άλλα τέτοια καλύτερα να βρείτε άλλο κατάλυμμα. Ο Maxi και η Jane εξαιρετικοί και πρόθυμοι σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Η φύση γύρω ήταν μοναδική. Σημείωση: από νωρίς το πρωί (5:30 και μετά) οι φωνές των πιθήκων που ξυπνούν είναι μια απίστευτη εμπειρία. Παραλία κοντά δεν υπάρχει για κολύμπι επειδή έχει κάποια βράχια, αλλά ούτως ή άλλως η Bluff beach, απόσταση περίπου 3,5-4,5 km, αναλόγως ποιο σημείο θα επιλέξετε, θα σας αποζημιώσει στο έπακρο (κόστος μεταφοράς με ταξί στα 10$).

Great location right on the long quiet beautiful beach & far enough away from the madding crowds. With plenty of things to do & all the lovely restaurants nearby this was a perfect place for us to stay and unwind after a stay in the city. Would definitely recommend this place to those seeking this type of holiday. Augusto was particularly helpful with his local knowledge of the birds & wildlife in the surrounding area and also extremely helpful when booking taxis etc. Thank You for making our stay so memorable.

Offering tropical rain forrest, beaches and swimming pools, Red Frog Beach Island Resort is a private Caribbean island resort. Beautiful three bedroom house, newly renovated with a pool, overlooking the jungle in the ocean. Lots of wildlife around look at staff was great.

Absolutely gorgeous location. We enjoyed hiking, kayaking, and relaxing. The small resort size contributed to friendly conversation amongst the international clientele. Staff was great and attentive to every need.
