Everything about this place met my expectations! There is plenty parking in the resort so no need to worry where to leave your car during the stay. Train station to Štrbske Pleso is nearby so we almost didn't need to move the car at all. We were very warmly welcomed with glasses of prosecco :) The rooms were very clean and spacious, towels, bathrobes and toiletries were provided. Spa area is clean and we enjoyed using it (pool, kids pool, jacuzzi, 3 saunas, relax area), also massages are available. We had breakfast and dinner included and there were plenty options to choose from for both, especially the dinner was diverse so no fear from getting bored and eating the same every day. I would especially compliment the staff, everyone is very friendly, accommodating, kind and helpful.

We were very happy with this hotel. The apparment was big and clean, it had two rooms and the kitchen, also a balcony with the mountain view. The beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect.

4-star APLEND Wellness Hotel Borovica is set in the heart of the High Tatras in Štrbské Pleso, the highest village of the Tatra Mountains. Amazing place! A truly relaxing and peaceful stay. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding. We really enjoyed the food — both the breakfast and dinner options were delicious and nicely presented. We also visited the wine bar and the English bar — both had a lovely atmosphere. One of the highlights was the wellness area. We were lucky to be there when it wasn’t crowded, so we could fully enjoy the swimming pool and all the saunas in peace. Would definitely recommend for a calm and rejuvenating getaway!

A perfect place to stay during a trip to the Slovak Tatras! We had a wonderful room: very spacious and modern. The spa was a great after hiking and the breakfast offer was huga and everything was delicious! A shame we only stayed for one night: next time we will definitely stay for longer!

Ideally located between the bus, tram and cog railway stations in Strbske Pleso, Hotel CROCUS offers spacious apartments with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchenette, and free wired internet. There was a glitch with the pre-paid dinner arrangement. At the reception they directed me to another restaurant that is nearby, they asked me to pay the bill after I finished eating and bring the bill and then they would refund me the money I paid, and indeed it was! I was refunded the full cost of the meal in cash!!!
