Employees were incredibly attentive to our needs. Everyone went above and beyond to help. Not to mention the great location and wonderful breakfast. Lastly, the bed linens were crisp and prestine. Room was impeccably clean and fresh. Loved the roof top terrace.

The apartment was really big and had a bathroom for every bedroom. The big indoor ‘water park’ was a great addition at this shoulder season. The small mall nearby had a fine supermarket and a café that also made food to-go. Quite convenient.

It was an excellent stay, I got a free upgrade to a studio which was very spacious and with nice sea view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and facilities were awesome. Situated on the coast of Carthage, the Regency is 20 minutes from Tunis-Carthage Airport and the city centre. This 5-star hotel offers luxury rooms and suites and direct access to a private beach. The personnel of the hotel was great. They were helpful and there was even a shuttle to the aeroprt which was exactly on the time I have requested. The welcome was exceptional too. The reception stuff were waiting for me and the room was ready even before the check-in. Some Tunisian traditional sweets were brought to my room upon arrival.
