Stayed a couple nights as a female solo traveler and I felt very safe and looked after. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and attentive. Very nice pool, very large rooms, which were quiet - I also liked the spa area.

He upgraded our room and was very helpful with finding an adapter and a scale for us. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The views from the rooftop are breathtaking. TIP: Get a local SIM card at the airport (very cheap), upload BOLT app and use it whenever you go.

Desde antes de mi llegada el personal se ocupó personalmente de organizar mi taxi desde el aeropuerto y ofrecerme una cesta de frutas y dulces increíbles el día del check in. La localización del hotel es maravillosa, frente a la laguna y con muchísimas amenidades al lado del hotel, a las que acceder a pie. Las habitaciones enormes y calidad de las instalaciones excelente. El hammam es seguramente de los mejores del país y el personal del mismo impecable. No tengo ninguna duda de que volveré siempre que vaya a tunez al mismo hotel. Mención especial al personal de recepción y en concreto a khalil por su excepcional trato, cuidado y preparación.

The hotel is in the heart of the Medina, a big plus for me. My suite was comfortable and extremely spacious, a living area, a wardrobe room, a lovely bedroom and a large bathroom, with bath and separate shower. The reception team and room service were attentive and helpful and made sure I felt at home away from home. And finally, I enjoyed use of the steam room and dined well in the rooftop restaurant. If I should return to Tunis, I wouldn’t want to stay elsewhere.

The most special place in the gorgeous location of Sidi Bou Said. The staff, especially Ibrahim who made sure all our needs were met especially during breakfast time and went out of his way during our stay. Also giving us a later check out enabled us to reach the airport fresh and stress free. The views are exquisite and each room is tastefully decorated in an individual way with attention to small details. Loved everything about this place! Thank you so much!

Neira Hotel is a new property where you feel very confortable as soon as you step inside. The lighting, decoration and the plants all around the villa create a very warm and homey atmosphere. The indoor pool, Hammam and spa are so beautiful. I wish I had more time for the Hammam. I’ll be back for sure. Thanks to the owners and team for being so welcoming!
