All was great! We stayed on the very end of November, but the hotel run all services in full till the end of the season. Evening shows, all bars and snacks, everything was working. Food quality and selection was great, we had grilled salmon and tender stewed lamb a few times a week and beach area had great service. And Idk why it is not listed on Booking, but hotel provide a night buffet with great food selection for all people who arrive late. My parents had a long trip and arrived at night, it was a big relief to have such a buffet. The hotel should put that info into booking details as I beliave a lot of people check in advance if they know they have a late flight. P.S. room was fantastic!

The experience was fantastic. The hotel is not too big, but maybe that's the point. You feel at home, maybe even more than that because the staff is constantly serving you, looking after you, the hotel manager Savas goes around the entire hotel, even the beach, and checks if everything is okay and if anyone is missing something. And so on every day. He helped us with a minor health problem, but also successfully arranged a second taxi, because the first one we booked in our own arrangement for transportation from the hotel to the airport did not show up, which saved us from missing our flight. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the food is good, something for everyone, there are enough sun loungers on the beach and despite the fact that there is no bar on it, they serve water, drinks, sandwiches, fruit and ice cream. The animation team always somehow manages to persuade you and include you in one of the many activities. And despite the many activities offered, the hotel is quiet so you can read a book in peace. All of this together is obviously the reason why people keep coming back here. P. S. Don't hesitate to ask for another pillow, they even have orthopedic ones!

We stayed at the hotel in January, and I can sum it up in one word—excellent! Everything was fast, accurate and polite from the reception desk to the staff of restaurant. First of all, I would like to give a huge thanks to Mr. Vural at Guest Relations. He was so much attentive to details and was always ready to help with all our questions. It was important for us because we traveled with a kid (2years old). It was great to see, how high level of professionalism in the hotel. A big thank you to the entire restaurant team especially Ms Sedez and to Mr. Memet for organizing two amazing birthday celebrations! Also, thanks to Yunus for the beautiful cocktails at the lobby bar. The food was outstanding( a giant variety of everything from breakfast time to dinner) and sure, the pastries, which were paired with excellent coffee and cakes. The rooms and the entire hotel grounds were perfect and clearly designed with great attention to detail and love( a green territory with lots of rare trees and fantastic eco decorations) I’m giving a 10/10 rating for all services and the hotel’s design!

The food was a delight to our taste buds. Each meal was tasty and well-prepared, making every dining experience a culinary adventure. The variety and quality of the dishes were commendable. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire area was noteworthy. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for relaxation. What truly set this experience apart was the friendly and helpful staff. Every department went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their dedication to service was evident in their attention to detail and responsiveness to our needs. A special mention must be made of the animation kids club. Ayse and Canan, in particular, were fantastic. They created a fun and engaging environment that our daughter absolutely loved. Their efforts made our stay even more special. In conclusion, our experience was so positive that we are already planning our return. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to other families looking for a memorable vacation. Thank you for an amazing experience! We’ll definitely come back.

Hardly ever been to a place with so many friendly staff. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. :)
