We stayed for 1 night but I wouldn't mind staying here for longer. Personnel used google translate since I do not speak Ukrainian and were very helpful, room was clean and completely surprised me.

The location, the amenities available (very good wifi, TV with YouTube access is always nice, washing machine, clothes dryer), the kitchen is generally well equipped, the bed is comfortable. Communication, remotely, goes very well, even in the event of a problem: the water heater was no longer working upon arrival, but it was quickly put back into service thanks to effective communication and dedicated staff.

Fair price, excellent location to stay in transit or for relax, as the SPA access was included in price. SPA is very good, including swimming pool. Breakfast is served from menu and is good. During the day and till late evening to the hotel restaurant or order food to the hotel lobby.

Very cute flat - everything I needed as a guest was there. VERY central location. Vladimir was a very kind and helpful host, with excellent English too. Amazing bakery just across the road too.
