From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, making the entire experience feel effortless and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was outstanding, every meal was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The ambiance and décor throughout the hotel were elegant and thoughtfully designed, and the cleanliness was truly exceptional. I also visited the spa and had a wonderful massage, it was relaxing, well-executed, and added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. Overall, Le Premiere exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it and would happily stay there again.

La ubicación es perfecta. Para vivir una experiencia en el barrio antiguo ideal. La habitación muy comida. Baño amplio con bidet incorporado. Ducha amplia. Entregan agua café y te de cortesía en la habitación. La caja de seguridad es una comodidad. El desayuno variado y abundante. El personal siempre atento.

Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel, que tiene terraza, está en el centro de Hanói, a 2 min a pie de Teatro de Marionetas de Agua Thang Long. El personal era encantador. Estaban pendientes de que no nos faltará de nada. Antes de la estancia se pusieron en contacto con nosotros y nos tramitaron ellos el crucero a Ha Long Bay. Ubicación excelente y muy buen desayuno.

I have to specifically praise Lyn, she has helped us so much. Because of the flood in Hue and Hoi an, we had to cut that part out and extend our stay in Hanoi. She went out of her way to help us look for a stay (as their place was already fully booked). She also recommended what we could do in those extra days in Hanoi. I just can't thank her enough.

We stayed at Ja cosmo Hotel in Hanoi as a family of five (4 adults and 1 child), and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding – the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and helpful, and they made a special effort to engage with our little one, which meant a lot to us. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and modern, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly cozy, and we appreciated the thoughtful details throughout. The facilities were excellent, from the relaxing common areas to the well-maintained amenities. It really felt like a home away from home. Location-wise, Jacosmo is in a great spot – convenient to explore the city but still peaceful enough for a good night’s rest. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. A big thank you to the entire Jacosmo team for making our trip to Hanoi so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!
