They have activities planned for the whole duration of the stay, these where well organized. The rooms are gorgeous with balconies and of course great views, can defiantly recommend this cruise

They learn to know you very quickly and give you amazing treatment as if you were the only one on the cruise. The schedule is accurate. The activities and excursions are interesting. The food is delicious and special. And personalized. Those who stay two nights and three days enjoy a day trip on a daily cruise in Kat Bah accompanied by excellent guidance and a delicious meal. Fabulous cruise and well worth the money. This is once in a lifetime experience for me personally and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I was able to meet other solo travelers and we had an amazing time together. The excursions were really fun and there was a never ending supply of food for the guests. The pool was amazing and so was the happy hour. Alcohol isn’t included in the fare but the prices aren’t that bad (even for a luxury cruise). The gym is excellent and I was able to sneak in an early morning workout. Fortunately, the weather was great when we were on the cruise and the sunset was fabulous to watch. Halong Bay had a lot of cruises around the area but I wouldn’t call it crowded. Also, amazing customer service. The pickup from Hanoi, the waiting area in Halong, the boarding and disembarking and finally the drop off. Essence Grand is running a fabulous service here and I wouldn’t hesitate to pay for it. The staff are quite amazing and honestly, they are the biggest reason why this cruise is a massive success. Thank you so much for making it a fabulous trip.

The 2-day, 1-night trip on Venus exceeded our expectations. Spacious cabins, private balconies overlooking the beautiful bay — it was perfect. Attentive and sincere staff, and a little surprise from the cruise manager made our anniversary extra special. Fresh lunch, a‑la‑carte dinner, fine dining. Kayaking between limestone cliffs and visiting caves the next morning was memorable.
