Nova Boutique Hotel was a fantastic stay for my husband and I as we trekked around South Africa. Specifically, my husband planned a lovely adventure around South Africa and he booked Nova as surprise stop along the way! I was thoroughly impressed by our Nova host, Justice, who was extremely welcoming and pleasant. Similarly, the boutique’s accommodations were chic and comfortable. The check-in lobby boasts tall glass windows that lets in beautiful natural light for a relaxing ambiance and the boutique’s overall decor is a tasteful mix of modern-contemporary meets vintage. As a result, our room did not disappoint. Needless to say, we had a great stay at Nova and, with Justice’s helpful dinner recommendations, also enjoyed a splendid dinner at one of the local restaurants. My husband and I agree that we both have “unfinished business” with exploring Port Elizabeth and would definitely rebook Nova upon our return. We emphatically give this business a 10/10 and encourage others to book Nova for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Viajamos un grupo de mas de 20 personas. Es como dormir en un museo del Karoo, la gente super agradable y muy recomendable cuando estas cruzando el pais. Tenemos mucha experiencia en viajes por Sudafrica, ya que organizamos vijaes por todo el Sur de africa y quien quiera tener una bonita experiencia, dormir en una casa colonial tradicional y disfrutar de la gastronomia, este es su sitio. A clean ,practical & comfortable apartment - lovely views , with a fabulous breakfast served next door from 8-10 am . This also serves as a restaurant with an upmarket gift shop with wonderful views and helpful staff - just check the restaurant is open re evening meals as it’s seasonal but highly recommended . Car parking is free , open but quiet & safe . . A lovely experience and they spoilt us by giving us a complimentary upgrade super apartment with river mouth views. Thank you !

Located on a private concession within the malaria free Addo Elephant National Park, River Bend Lodge offers luxury accommodation, spa facilities and private game drives. Free WiFi is available. The location of the breakfast tables with a direct view of the waterhole is excellent, while the service, variety, quantity and standard of all meals were exceptional. The game drives were varied and well conducted. The game viewing opportunities were numerous. The staff were very attentive, the facilities are fantastic and the location perfect. It is easily accessible from the main road system.
