I travel to Johannesburg for both work and leisure. Bedfordview is very central for me and this is relatively new in terms of accommodation options. All in all the best overall place I've stayed in, in the area.

This venue is truly exquisite and the grounds are in immaculate condition. It also doubles as a wedding venue. There is even a beautiful pond with swans ! We booked several rooms for our family many months ago and with there being so many of us, dates changed and were added and some changed again. Through this all the team were so gracious and responded to all my requests and questions immediately. Not once being irritated with my changes but always being so understanding and accomodating our every need. The rooms are beautiful with attention to even the smallest little detail. We were so impressed ! My husband keeps telling everyone just how impressed he is :) We also had breakfast served in our room and it was absolutley fantastic. We ordered on both mornings that we were there. Kudos to everyone here at Gracias de Dios - you have created a beautiful gem.

A truly lovely boutique hotel a short hop from Oliver Tambo Airport, to and from which the hotel offers free transfers. I was looking for a nature experience in nice surroundings close to the airport and was not disappointed. The hotel is just gorgeous - beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished to a high standard. The fountain by the swimming pool in the inner courtyard gives a haven-like feel. Super-comfortable king size bed, delicious dinner and breakfast, a wonderful view of the nature reserve lake, delightful staff. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed over the years. I will be back and will make sure to stay longer next time.
