This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. It is well located, a bit uphill, but only 8-9 min walk from Wengen train station. My room had an amazing mountain view, i cannot even describe how mesmerizing it was. Everything was super clean and well functioning in the room. The owners and the staff are very friendly and ready to help if you need anything. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

When you get a personalised service, nothing like it. The staff were so cooperative particularly the head chef Mr. Raymond who went out of his way to help us in preparing food for our baby which was out of their routine. This has touched me. Lovely hotel! We were bit hesitant to some of the reviews but we’re glad it didn’t sway us! The staff were lovely. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We did not have the food there so cannot comment on that but everything else was excellent! Highly recommend staying here. Would also recommend getting a room with a view as we woke up every morning with exceptional views of the mountains! Was truly breathtaking. Nearest bus stop is 10 minutes walk and there is a shop which sells amazing cheese nearby! They also provide you with a free travel ticket throughout your stay to Interlaken and back which was super convenient.
