Alma Hotel was a fabulous hotel with lovely old rooms with ,modern twist only 15 mins walk from old town. A perfect hotel near the lake with a ladies only wellness and yoga area. They even had a guest kitchen where you could store food in the fridge and prepare meals or snacks. Quite eco friendly with an honesty bar for drinks in reception and 24hr coffee machine in the restaurant. The only downside is that after my massage there isn’t a changing room or shower to use so when on the day of check out to get a massage it’s awkward. Apart from that tiny issue I would highly recommend this hotel in Zurich. Also a roof top terrace that would be fabulous in good weather!

I really enjoyed my stay! Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location — very close to the airport, and only 200 meters from the train station. It was super easy to get to the city center — just a 15-minute train ride. Everything was great!

The hotel room is super clean, elevator for your goods, toilet water heater is regulating well, heater working good. My wife and I travel a lot. and stayed in different types of hotels. We visited our son who lives close to the hotel and he made the booking for us. Upon arrival, we received from the staff and management a very sincere kind, and warm welcome. The room was super big, very clean, with a client-orientated interior and comfortable beds to sleep well. In nowadays service is often disregarded, we can truly say, the service in the hotel was in all aspects 10 out of 10 it was a positive atmosphere and the smiling and friendliness of the staff represented their true hospitality. Even though the hotel looks quite plain from the outside, the room itself was absolutely lovely and the view excellent. The staff, too, was so nice and so polite, and the location superb. I will definitely choose Hotel Honningen for my future travels!
