Cleaning was totally bad, no water at night, ac stopped working. Earthworms in bathroom. The room was big and the rest was just an okay stay. The location in monsoon was good.

one of the best locations to stay at Matheran . 15 minutes from the local toy train. 30 minutes from the parking lot. I personally suggest anyone travelling to Matheran take a toy train and not the horse which costs unnecessary money. west end hotel has one of the best buffet and serves great meals for breakfast and lunch as well as dinner. personal preference:- Buffet Friendly staff and overall quality stay
