A lovely location outside Akureyri (12 minutes or so) set on the side of the fjord with great views of the surrounding mountains and good for northern lights if they are kind enough to show. Our bedrooms were in a separate building to the main building, were clean and comfortable with comfy beds and good showers. Breakfast was plentiful and with a good variety of things to choose from. There is a nice lounge area and a great walk down to the water’s edge. The staff couldn’t have been kinder, helping us out when one of our group was not well.

Location was great - just a little outside of Akureyi. Breakfast was amazing!

great room, viewing the port, clean, you can open windows. Very nice breakfast, great location, free parking, close to downtown and port. I personally like the towels with embroidery :)

Bright, cozy rooms with comfy beds, amazing water pressure in the shower. The finishes are starting to show wear but the place is clean and otherwise modern so no complants. Excellent breakfast.
