Property and rooms are clean. Staff is super friendly. Check-in was super simple. Parking is free. Refundable damage deposit is US$100. The location is perfect if you want to walk around. Staff was absolutely wonderful. Got us in handi assesible room after first night. Friendly, professional, accommodating. Comfortable room EXCEPT for the lighting, hardly any lights. Lobby comfortable. Later eve burger good. Great location.

Location was great both to reach NYC central as well Long Island beach. But 100 points goes to personel at reception as they were so helpful, friendly and smiling that I have not seen such team before !
