The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. Amazing view from the hotel although the location is not close to the station. you can take the bus which stops there. Room is clean with balcony. And it is very quiet. there is welcome drink and cookie. There is also microwave at night you can heat your own food. We recommend to spend one night there. If you have big luggage do take a bus. It is up on the slope almost not possible to carry suitcase by yourself.

The Silberhorn Hotel in Lauterbrunnen is situated off the main street, only 150 metres from the train station, providing access to the skiing and hiking areas. Free parking and free Wi-Fi is... I stayed in room 23 on the night of 11–12 September. The hotel was very clean, neat, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of Lauterbrunnen, and just a short walk from the train station. The highlight was the balcony of room 23 – the view of the valley and waterfalls was absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was also excellent with a nice variety.

Situated in the centre of Grindelwald, a 5-minute walk from Grindelwald Train Station, the sports centre, and the First Cable Car, Hotel Hirschen offers free WiFi and a restaurant serving cheese... Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Our room was spacious and clean, and location was convenient (near a bus stop and the trains). Loved the breakfast as well!

The location, setting, views and staff were all fabulous! Breakfasts were great, giving all the energy needed for action packed days in the gorgeous mountains, both cooked and non cooked breakfast options available each morning, tea, coffee and juices were lovely. We had the superior king suite which was very spacious and had amazing views directly onto the mountain. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, giving advice on activities and places to eat, even helping with bookings, they even bought my wife a present and card for her Birthday!

Location is amazing, we drove and went skiing and being able to put on the skis outside of.your accommodation and start skiing was amazing.
