Ailwee Cave, also featuring an underground river and a waterfall, is only 3km from the property. We stayed at The Waters Country House during our trip through the Irish countryside and it was like stepping into a fairytale. The house is absolutely stunning—full of charm and character. Our host, Wolfgang, was very kind and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful setting with unique furniture and warm lighting, creating a peaceful atmosphere. We also recommend booking a table at Monks restaurant nearby—local taxi drivers make it easy to get there without a car. A very special place we’d love to return to!

The Blarney Woollen Mills Hotel; BW Signature Collection is just 500 metres from the world famous Blarney Castle and Blarney Stone. It offers a bar and restaurant, and a fitness suite.

Rooms feature elegant furnishings as well as a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. Large bathrooms include baths and showers and some rooms have views of the castle. Room was very clean and available on arrival even though we arrived early. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast

Our second visit to this rather magical place, where the welcome is genuine and warm in excellent rooms with great WiFi, a fabulous restaurant, excellent facilities. and excellent parking. We were greeted like family by "Jersey" the barman and welcomed to an excellent room by Eileen and her team. Nicely positioned for the Ring of Kerry and the drive round Slea Head. The absolute icing on the cake, was the kindness of the lady on reception who helped to clean the sand from many beaches, out of the footwells on the hire-car, with her Henry Hoover! Service absolutely above and beyond kind.

Quiet and peaceful at night while only a few minutes walk to the centre. The accommodation itself is beautiful. Lovely gardens, reading rooms. The restaurant was incredible. We had dinner and breakfast. Everything was well thought out and high quality. Lot of character in a great setting. Frederika is a great host. We will certainly be back.

Very quiet, beautiful, clean a big house, everything was perfet, we stayer for 4 night, travelled around, took advice from Fiona the host. Loved it.
